In Central Paris, Near Pigalle and Sacré Coeur we recently finished this clean and cozy "chambre de bonne" equipped for one person available for rental. It is situated on calm Petrelle Street in Paris 9th arrondissement in a nice building with concierge.
On top of the equipements and location you get to have a view on Sacré Coeur and the Eiffel Tower at a distance.
Three minutes walk to Line 7 Poissonnière metro station on one side and Line 2 Anvers touristy metro station that is a the foot of the sacré coeur. It is central and very Parisian.
It's cozy and space smart. Perfect for someone who is on a "student" budget but won't settle for anything but a good neighborhood.
This 6th floor above ground (no elevator) is equipped with a full kitchenette, cupboards, a fridge, hotplate, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes, cooking utensils, house linens and more. You will also find a shower, a 100 liters electrical water heater and a private toilet.
Also included but not limited to: a BZ double bed, electrical heating, but also pots and pans, set of dishes, glasses and complete set of usual cooking utensils. Two sets of bed sheets, couette, bath towels, and more.

* The studios, equipments, furniture and linens are cleaned before tenancy begins. They should be returned likewise. Studios must be kept clean at all times. We can indicate Cleaning services should you wish them.
** This studio does not have a telephone land line installed. We can lend you a cellular phone upon request at no extra cost. Incoming calls are free. To make calls you need to buy a prepaid phone card / time. This option allows you to closely monitor your phone budget. You also may have a land line / ADSL installed at your expense for your convenience.
What is a
"chambre de bonne" ?
In a few words, it is a independent room historically occupied by house personnel. Before the invention of the elevator the
"chambre de bonne" were on the very last floor of the buildings and
deserved by an independent staircase. There are usually no elevators to reach those floors, just a staircase.
Nowadays the "chambre de bonne" are mostly rented to students. Many are now equipped with some
comfort like kitchenette and shower. Some have toilets and in others a toilet is shared amongst a few
"chambre".
This particular "chambre de bonne" has a toilet installed for
your convenience.
