It is situated on the 6th floor of a well inhabited and maintained hew stone building with concierge and digicode.
Easily accessible, uptown and in a safe neighborhood. There is a little park in front of the building and you will find all amenities nearby. There a very nice park just facing the building.
We have just renovated and refurbished it July 2005 and it is looking real good and cozy. Some of the pictures were retaken late June 2006. One photo has a TV on it. It does not come with it. It was the tenants that left with it.

*A chambre de bonne is a room that was used by the service people hired by upscale families. Back then those rooms had no comfort apart form a small sink. For better comfort we equiped it with a shower, a kitchenette and a toilet.
Now days the chambre make for private affordable and comfortable student living quarters.
Like this one they are usually high floor and are NOT serviced at all by elevators. You get to workout in the stairs. It's good for the thighs and bum and also for the memory ;) Hey ! It's sporty and saves you the cost of a gymnasium. Really, after a couple of times you get used to the hike. Some actually look forward to it !
