Right off Pont de Mirabeau in higher-end 16th. The photos represent the view coming out of this cozy and strategically situated Studio and were taken right out of the building.

We just bought the studio. Most of the furniture is the same but some of the electronics you can see belongs to the ex-owner. The TV stays but the sound system, printer and PC goes.

Long Term Rates ( 6 months + ) Contact us and mention the dates you require the studio. Long term rates -excludes- electricity, cleaning services 1, the phone calls you make 2 and DSL 3. Everything else is included. The rates are competitive. If you consider all elements you will find we offer best value.

Short Term Rates are weekly. The rates include everything except cleaning services (that is on you) 1 and the phone calls you make 2. Fast DSL internet access is included in some studios 3. The rates start at 335 € and are degressive to 225 € according to the lenght of your stay in our studios. The longer the bigger discount we give you. Contact us and mention the dates you require the studio.

1. Cleaning services are available at extra cost.
2. A phone line is installed for your convenience in all our studios. Incoming calls are free. To make calls you need to buy prepaid phone card. It is great to monitor your phone budget. The basic phone subscription is on us.
3. In studios where Fast DSL internet access is available you need to have a PC or MAC with a NIC card.
