This is one of 5 twin like apartments we have in this building situated at 13 rue Béatrix Dussane in Paris 15th arrondissement. The apartments are near Metro Dupleix line 6 & Metro La Motte Picquet Grenelle lines 6, 8 and 10.

This apartment is situated second floor above ground floor on the yard building. It is cozy, in a good area and near everything one needs for Parisian living like shops, grocery stores, laundromat, restaurants, Vélolib station and more.

Givin the choice of a clic clac sofa wich makes for lousy bedding or a BZ wich makes for a louzy couch we fitted the apartemnt with a customized double bed that fold out on a L shaped sofa fitted with drawers. Our tenant love it !

You will also find a full kitchenette fitted with fridge, microwave and hot plates, a full bathroom with toilet and shower, a big closet with lots of room to store

This Paris apartment is fitted for a maximum of 2 persons. It is ideal for a student (CAF possible) and for your vacation rental. The apartment is equiped with fridge, microwave, hotplates, double bed, cooking utensil and more.

We own our apartment rentals: There are no commissions or other hidden fees to be expected.

2009-2010 Long Term Rates: 765 euros per month. Electricity, insurance and cleaning are -NOT- included. Everything else is included in the rental fee.

2009 Short Term Rates are degressive according to the length of your stay and include all except cleaning. For example they start at 295 for one week. Discounts for 2 and more weeks.
