This cozy and very central apartment is situated in Paris 3rd arrondissement near Metro station Arts et Metiers, lines 3 & 11, lively Beaubourg / Pompidou Art Centre, Les Halles area, Paris City Hall, Paris Les Grands magasins BHV, Le Marais and many other Major Paris historical Landmarks, schools and other sites of interest..

Nearby your Paris apartment, you will also find many shops like grocery stores, laundromat, restaurants, Vélib station and more.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor in a building situated 97 rue Beaubourg in Paris third arrondissement. The very high ceiling led us to install a confortable double bed on a mezzanine. Given the Mezzanine height, good conditions of living are possible if you are smaller than 1.76 meter (5'9") :)

You will also find a full kitchenette at the end of wich there is a desk area. The apartment is equiped with fridge, microwave, hotplates, double bed, cooking utensil and more. There is a confortable shower and toilet. Under the mezzanine you will also enjoy a living room area fitted with a L shaped sofa and drawers.

This Paris apartment is ideal for a student (CAF possible).

For vacation rentals and other short rentals it can hold a maximum of 2 persons.

We own our apartment rentals: There are no commissions or other hidden fees to be expected.

2009-2010 Long Term Rates: 670 euros per month. Electricity, insurance and cleaning are -not- included. Everything else is included in the rental fee.

2009-2010 Short Term Rates are degressive according to the length of your stay and include all except cleaning. They start at 295 per week for one week, and go down to 250 for 4 + weeks..
