This little appartment in Paris 3rd arrondissement near Metro Lines 3 & 11 Arts et Metiers Metro Station, Pompidou Art Centre, Les Halles, City Hall and more is available Long and Short term.

We actually can't push on the walls but the very high ceiling made it possible to install a mezzanine with a double bed. We added a full kitchenette, a confortable shower and toilet. With all that, we also found the space to squeeze in a mini living room area !

The appartment is on the 3rd floor. The building situated 97 rue Beaubourg, has -no- elevator. The window gives a view on the street.

The geographic situation puts you right in the middle of Paris at a short walk to Rivoli Street, the Grand Magasin BHV, Paris City Hall, the Marais, les Halles and it's the buzzing night life.

There are many amenities nearby: shops, food stores, laundromat, restaurants, and much much more.

There is some equipment in the studio like a fridge, microwave, hotplates, double bed but it is not fully equipped like some other Paris appartments we have. The rent is lower too !

Please do note that there are -no- TV, -no- phone lines installed. Internet is -not- included either but you can get it from the following providers:

More good news, we own our apartments : There are no other fees than those mentionned. No commissions or other hidden fees.

Long Term Rates: 640 euros per month. Electricity, insurance and cleaning are on you. Everithing else is included in the rental fee. No commissions

Short Term Rates are degressive according to the length of your stay and include all except cleaning. For example they start at 250 for one week, 450 for two, 780 for one calendar
month, etc.
