Available for rent long and short term, right off Pont de Mirabeau, best view of Paris in higher-end 16th. The photos represent the view you will have coming out of this cozy and strategically situated one person apartment.

The photos were taken stepping out of the building. Look at it this way, if for some reason you forget where you are while you stay with us, just say doctor Paul prescribed you this view to act as a breathtaking refresher ;D

We paid mint for this studio in May 2003 and do not regret it one minute. The building is well maintained, the concierge is a very nice person and the location is great !


A very short walk across Mirabeau Bridge you will find the RER C Javel station and Metro station André Citroën Line 10. 


We did not have many occasions to take photos and none to refresh them. This place is always booked well in advance. You think I am pushing it ?

That being said, the furniture is as shown except for some of the electronics seen on the photos which left with the ex-owner. The TV stayed but the sound system, printer and PC are gone. 

We added a ceiling fan and reorganised the furniture to make it more like a one bedroom apartment. We also added  a hot plate for cooking, toaster, kettle, dishes, cooking utensils, bed linens, bath towels and more.

There is a telephone land line (calls are on you) and DSL Internet is also available at no extra cost.

Everything else is included, no surprises (... maybe good ones :) ... the heating is included in the rent ! 

The rates are competitive: We are getting pretty good at this ... Look around and if you consider all elements you will find we offer best value ... all the time :)

Short Term Rates are on a weekly basis. The rates include everything except cleaning* services (that is on you) and the phone calls** you make. The rates start at 295 € and are digressive to 225 € depending on the length of your stay in this studio. The longer the stay, the bigger discount you benefit. Don't wait now !

* Cleaning services are available at extra cost.
**A phone line is installed for your convenience in this studio. Incoming calls are free for you. To make calls you need to buy a prepaid phone card or time. We find this option is great to monitor your phone budget. The basic phone subscription is on us and included in the rent (hey another good surprise)
*** Fast DSL internet access is available. You need to have a PC or MAC with a NIC card.
