All our Paris apartment are located in safe areas in central Paris 3rd, 9th, 15th, 16th and 17th arrondissement of Paris.

We have a couple of chambres de bonne and 16 square meters studios that are fully equiped and furnished with all one needs. To make our studios apartments real homy for you we maintain them regularly. We thematically decorated all of them: some take Provencal and flamboyant colors and others marine, sand and wood colors. Others take warm earth colors brightened up with sunflower yellows. All are in calm smaller traditional buildings and are strategically situated near a metro and stores and merchants.

Ideal for students, contrat workers, long or short term visitor accomodation, TD missions, or people who just won't be bothered with furnishing a studio apartment. All studio apartment rentals are completely furnished and equipped with kitchenette and full bathroom with shower or bathtubs. All studios apartments are refurbished with North American Standards in mind: TV, Fridge, Microwave, hot plates, electrical water heater, double glazed windows is standard in all studios apartments. Towel sets, linens, kitchen ware, pots and pans, basic electrical appliances, plates and cutlery all good quality, in good taste and themed to fit in. You will be pleased or better, impressed !
